In Mathew 22: 37, Jesus tells us “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.”Â
God wants us to give him praise and worship.Â
We gather each Sunday to demonstrate our love and to give Him praise in the form of a worship service.
How We Worship
Our service is a traditional United Methodist worship service. It provides for congregational participation through group prayers and readings, hymns, expressions of joys and concerns, devotion giving, children’s time, scripture readings, and a sermon. Communion is served monthly.  Bibles and hymnal books are available in all seating areas.
ZOOM Access
Since the outbreak of Covid-19, we have been using technology to help people connect with us on-line for our Sunday Worship Services. We use the Zoom video conferencing system which lets people participate in a gathering from their homes. We can see, talk, and listen to music with each other with the Zoom connection.
All that is required to use Zoom is a computer, laptop, or smartphone and a connection to the internet. You can also call-in with a telephone but will not get to see the other participants. The picture above shows what a typical Sunday service looks like from a laptop.
We welcome all to join us in person at our church in Gardner or on Zoom. If you would like to join us on Sundays, please use this Contact Us link and ask us to send you the Zoom login information.
We welcome all faiths.
No special attire is required to attend our service. Most wear casual style clothes.
There are no participation requirements, but we hope you join us in the group prayers and singing.
We have a special area in our sanctuary and a nursery room for families with restless young children. Their play is welcome.Â
Hearing devices are available for those that need assistance.
The building is handicap accessible via a ramp with handicap parking available.Â
