WORD OF ASSURANCE ——————————————Sharon McAdam-Bennett
There’s a wideness in God’s mercy like the wideness of the sea;
There’s a kindness in God’s justice, which is more than liberty.
There’s welcome for the sinner and more graces for good!
There is mercy with Savior; there is most wonderfully kind.

PEOPLE’S PRAYER: ———————————————Linda Kimball
O God of all the nations, you manifested your love by sending your only Son into the world that all might live through him. Pour your Spirit on your Church, that it may fulfill His command to preach the gospel everywhere. Send forth the laborers into your harvest; defend them in all dangers and temptations; give them the grace to bear faithful witness to you; endue them with zeal and love, that they may turn many to righteousness. Lord, we pray for our brothers and sisters who cannot attend worship today. Please watch over them and keep them safe. Please strengthen the faith of those who are sick and in recovery. May,we-your children trust and love you through your Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Redeemer Amen. (Adapted – BOW 314)
THE LORD’S PRAYER – UMH # 895 – in unison) ————-Linda Kimball
Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the Kingdom and the power, and the glory,

OFFERTORY PRAYER ———– Margie Tetzloff
After you healed Peter’s mother, she immediately welcomed and fed you and your disciples. Her hospitality extended beyond Jesus to his followers. Teach us to be hospitable and generous with our blessings. Bless and multiply the gifts we have brought so that we advance your Kingdom here on earth. May humanity yearns to see, know, love, and accept you. We pray in Christ, our Savior. Amen.
