THE LORD’S PRAYER: – UMH # 895 – in unison —— Denise Adams

Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the Kingdom and the power, and the glory,
forever. Amen.

THE GIVER’S PRAYER: – in unison ———————— Denise Adams

God, may your Holy Spirit warm my heart and cause me to share my blessings with others. I am grateful for your love Lord Jesus. Amen.

Lord of lords, King of every nation. You created a perfect world for us. You provided all the blessings which you knew and still know will help us and still glorify you. Unfortunately, our hearts are infatuated by the cruelty and power of the evil spirit around us. We are attracted to the injustice and selfishness of the world. Your voice and warnings seem to fall on deaf ears. Please help us to apply your Word and teachings to our lives. Help us to listen to you and remember that you always search our hearts for faithfulness and holiness. Let your will be done in everything we do. Help us to hold you and each other in our hearts so that we can glorify your name in our joys and blessings. Please help us to be aware of your forever present in our lives through the work of the Holy Spirit.
We pray for our brothers and sisters in our prayer list. May the collaborative work of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit be their strength, hope, and joy. We pray in the name of the Triune God. Amen.
